The Asset Management Team help clients formulate and execute added value strategies on their commercial property portfolios.
We have an in depth knowledge of new lease and rent review negotiations in all commercial sectors, and experience of managing refurbishment and leasing programmes on behalf of clients.
We combine these skills with our investment market expertise to give clients market led asset management advice.
